Payment Terms

Payment will be accepted by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. If the payment is returned, a $25.00 return fee will apply.

Open Accounts

Terms are available on a net 30 basis once a credit application has been accepted. Incomplete applications cannot be processed and will be rejected. A charge of 1.25% per month (15% annual rate) will be applied to unpaid balances. Orders cannot be placed on an account that is in arrears. In the unfortunate event that an account is referred to a collection facilitator, collection fees may be incurred.

Prices and Information

Due to fluctuating markets, all prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to make sure that all pricing and advertising is accurate, but there may be errors that we miss and we reserve the right to make changes after print. We do make every effort to maintain prices during the life of our mailings, however, we reserve the right to revise prices, limit quantities and correct printing/pricing errors. Sizes and weights listed are estimations and should not be considered when specific accuracy is necessary.

Shipping Information

We will ship the same day the order is placed if the items are in stock and the order is placed before 3 p.m. CST. Expedited shipments for next day deliverymust be placed before 2 p.m. CST. Most in-stock items are ground shipping via FedEx, UPS or USPS and will arrive within one to five working days. FedEx and UPSrequire a complete street address (including Street, Ave., Dr., Ln.,etc. also Ste. # or Apt. #). Include your daytime phone number when ordering. All delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments. Claims or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. All packing material must be saved for possible inspection from the freight company.

Large Equipment

Most large equipment orders are shipped out directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery. Please call 800.643.4751 for detailed delivery information. Sorry, no C.O.D’s on shipments coming directly from the manufacturer.

Back Orders

We will back order out of stock items automatically, with no additional shipping charge added when back orders are shipped. A back order notice will be included with your order.

100% Guarantee

In order to better serve our customers, we have a 100% guarantee policy. The restrictions are listed below. Please read them in order to expedite your credits to your account.

All returns must have a Return Authorization.

Merchandise that is unused and in a resalable condition in original packaging and accompanied by original paperwork, manuals, etc. will receive 100% credit less freight charges if returned within 30 days of shipment date. All return of merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer. All returns should be insured for the customer's protection.

Restock Fee

Merchandise return that is over 30 days but less than 60 days from purchase will be prorated upon viewing the condition of the product for allowed credit plus a 20% restock fee. Returns between 60 and 90 days are subject to a 30% restock fee along with any allowed/prorated credit. Products that have a contamination factor or with a shelf life such as: lotions, creams, gels, oils, essential oils, muds, seaweeds and solutions MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS to receive any credit. Any items that have been discontinued will not be credited. No returns are accepted on books, videos, music, custom orders or special orders.

Shipping Costs

*FREE SHIPPING on ground shipped orders of $300 or more of in-stock items (drop ships are not included) within the continental United States and when there is no other discount applied to the order. Shipping and freight charges are calculated by the weight and quantity of shipping parcels. We feel this is the least expensive way to ship your product and save you money. Remember that shipping charges are not available for refund or credit.

Damaged Product

Despite our best efforts to pack products securely, delivery damages do occur. Call us immediately to report any damages and save all packing material and boxes for claims inspection. Claims must be reported to delivery company within 72 hours. Don’t forget to call us.

Defective Goods

All claims for defective merchandise will be processed immediately. Replacement or refund will be expedited.

Warranty

We guarantee the products that we sell for 30 days form date of purchase. If you should have any problems after that time, please refer to your warranty information that comes with the product or give us a call and we will be happy to help.
